What a gem! The view from my balcony was wicked awesome, overlooking the harbor. The staff were mad cool and super helpful — they even helped me score a rental car to check out those stunning beaches. Breakfast had the freshest juice and everything you could want. Really felt right at home here.

Charming vintage furniture and a lovely rooftop terrace.
During my stay, I encountered a few drawbacks that dampened my experience. The noise from outside was somewhat disruptive at night, as our room was right in the bustling city center, though manageable with the windows closed and the A/C on. Moreover, accessing our second-floor room was quite a challenge due to the absence of a lift, which made lugging our baggage upstairs quite the effort. While I appreciated the staff's attempt to assist, the overall comfort in my room was compromised as the air conditioning was not very strong — it never felt cool enough for the warm Cretan days.

The local seafood scene is epic! Dining at nearby Arismari was a treat, and breakfast at the hotel served fresh orange juice that revitalized us. The awesome roof terrace was perfect for soaking in the Chania views.
The room was decent, but issues like a sagging mattress and a somewhat wobbly toilet seat made things feel off. Despite mentioning these to management, only the mattress got attention, yet the charm of the place shined through.

I really enjoyed my time at this lovely hotel, especially the cozy room with a Nespresso machine and those delightful balconies overlooking the harbor. The rooftop terrace and garden area were perfect spots to relax after a busy day. The only downside was the occasional noise from nearby restaurants, but it didn't bother me too much—definitely bring your appetite for breakfast. it’s amazing! 😊

My room was spacious, bright, and beautifully furnished with a fantastic view of the port. Loved the vintage decor that added charm, making it feel unique. The bedding was super comfy, and the atmosphere was really peaceful despite being in the heart of the old town. I felt very safe as a solo traveler, but finding parking nearby was a bit of a hassle. Overall, a lovely experience!
